COVID-19 SHIPPING UPDATE
At Boriz Cues, we are committed to the health and wellbeing of our customers. We are following all recommended safety protocols, and processing your orders in our normal timeframe.
As shipping carriers continue to adjust to the shifts in their industry, customers may see delays once your order leaves our hands. For time-sensitive orders, please allow 1-3 days of additional shipping time to account for the impact on delivery drivers.


WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP AND WHEN WILL IT ARRIVE?
We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. Depending on the time of day you place your order, it may take up to 2 to 5 business days to assemble, package, and ship your order. Shipping and arrival may be affected by observed holidays or carrier peak periods. 
Once your package is shipped, you’ll be emailed a tracking number. Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to appear on the carrier’s site while the package is delivered to their shipping facilities. Please check back roughly one business day after you have placed your order.


IT SAID THERE WAS 1 QTY AVAILABLE WHEN I PLACED AND PAID FOR MY ORDER, BUT NOW I'M TOLD ITS OUT OF STOCK! 
Although we update the details on the website daily (in the evenings) to ensure all content is accurate, and all of our items on the website are available and in stock.
Due to some products only having a quantity of 1, you may find that when you have paid for your order, that someone may have just beaten you to it! If we are unable to order another like it we will happily refund you immediately!


CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN SUBMITTED?
Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible. So, once you hit submit, most orders cannot be changed.
